I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the stunning views of Ha Long Bay from my room were a highlight, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my stay more enjoyable, but the location was a bit too far from the main attractions. Overall, I appreciated the spacious rooms and the diverse dining options, but they could use some improvements in maintaining the facilities.

I had a great stay in a beautiful two-bedroom apartment that was both classy and spacious. The lounge area was really comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location is great for exploring the city, and the staff was really friendly and helpful, which enhanced my overall experience.
